The aim of this site
FTM was designed as a simple calorific and nutritional calculator and as such can help with a weight/body management regime.
Our pages are being constantly reviewed and expanded. For recent additions/changes click on What's New
Coming soon is a GI report and goal entry.

What can this site do for you?
It can record and report on
* your foods and their nutritional breakdown
* your meals and calculate your calories consumed -
by meal, by day, by week
* your training and performance progress
 
What this site can not do for you
It cannot
* tell you what to eat
* tell you how/what to train
* know if you are cheating!
