HELP - Getting Started
 
Getting started...
If you have never used our system before you must Register
yourself with a username and password.
This is to ensure only you can see your data.
There is no registration fee - this site is free.
 
Now you have registered...
Click on Reports
Click on Food Database to see what foods are already loaded. You can load your own entries or select.
 
Loading your own foods...
First make sure your food does not already exist on our database!
Click on Food and type a description. You are limited to 30 characters.
Select the correct measurement -
per 100gm for dry weights
per 100ml for liquids
per unit for single items.
Add the kcal and nutritional data.
 
Loading a meal...
Click on Meal
Enter the date and time of your meal then select the food you ate and enter the quantity. This will be measured in gm, ml or units, depending how the food is setup.
Click in the food listbox to see all foods available to you or type the first letter and FTM will display the first one found.
 
See your meal calculated for you...
Click on Reports
Select the correct month range and view your Meal Diary
Values are displayed for each meal and totalled for each day.
 
Record your training...
Click on Journal, select date and free-type your diary for the day.
Optional recording of your weight and skinfold measurements included.
 
Record your performance...
Click on Performance
Our predefined activity list includes running, swimming, cycling, indoor rowing and gym. Other activities can be included on request.
Record your times and distances and watch yourself improve.
